We looking for a dynamic Customer Service to join us. If you have passion in helping customers and ensuring smooth operations, this the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer quotes, sample arrangements, and order requests.
Track important project progress, collect and organize information.- Collect and analyze monthly and quarterly sales data.
Communicate and coordinate with sales/customers on issues and anomalies.
- Manage customer contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements, and coordinate with relevant departments for reviews.
Reconcile invoices and follow up on payments.- Schedule shipments, print delivery notes, and audit shipping documents.
Oversee customs clearance, settlements, and after-sales service.
- Monitor production, shipping, and on-site supervision.
Maintain customer records and manage adjustments such as price changes and amendments.
Requirements:- Candidate possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Secretarial Studies, Shipping, Supply Chain, Business Administration or in any related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service or in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Ability to analyze and interpret data.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages.
