Customer Service ( Collection )

Description

We are looking for a Customer Service (Collection) professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts and handling collection activities, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role and be familiar with the Indian job market context.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to remind them of outstanding payments
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment history
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience
• Meet collection targets and KPIs set by the company
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations regarding debt collection

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 1-5 years of experience in first party collection or customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good knowledge of Indian legal and regulatory framework related to debt collection
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and at least one local language

Sal upto : 35k pm

Fixed evening shift and Sat / Sun off
