Job Title- Customer Service Associates/ Sr. Customer Service Associates

Education- Graduates/ Under Graduates

Process-Chat

Skills and Abilities:

- Good communication skills, written and verbal both

- Learning skills - Being attentive, Ability to work within a team and building relationships with customers and team members

- Minimum 6 months & above Experience of working in live chat processes or customer services or Telecoms industry (Mandatory)

- Experience with Upselling / Proactive Sales on live chat would be an added advantage.

- Working knowledge of MS Office applications like Word & Excel

- Problem Solving Skills

- WOK FROM OFFICE ONLY

- IMMEDIATE JOINERS

- Being persuasive and diligent

- Basic level of Computer proficiency

SHIFT TIMINGS

15 Hours rotational US work window, 6 pm IST to 9.30 am IST

Salary- 3.6 LPA- 4.8 LPA ( depends on your last withdrawan salary)
