Shifts: 24/7

Week Off: Fixed Saturday and Sunday

Communication Requirement: Excellent English

Salary: Up to 8.5 LPA

Age Limit: Up to 35 Years

Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)

Experience: Minimum 1 year to a maximum of 7 years in international voice experience

Benefits:

• 20% salary increase upon successful completion of 6 months probation
• Additional 10% salary hike after December
• Monthly food card worth Rs. 4000
• Night allowance of Rs. 650 and day allowance of Rs. 200 (daily)
• Fixed roster for 4 months

Transport:

• For Females: Round-trip transport services from Churchgate to Miraroad, CST to Thane, and CST to Vashi
• For Males: One-way transport, with arrangements available from anywhere in Mumbai

Job Description: Interactive Brokers is seeking a dedicated Blended Process Associate for our Sakinaka location. In this role, you will be integral in managing our blended processes, which encompass customer service, operational tasks, and technological support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat.
• Perform tasks related to account management, trade execution, and compliance.
• Work with various departments to optimize processes and improve the customer experience.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to aid in decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all activities.
