Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, or chat support channels
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels
• Follow up on customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as required
