Qualifications: HSC / Any Graduate
Location: Mulund West
Experience: 2 - 3 years Experience in the Customer Services Domain
Skill: Excellent interpersonal,written, and oral communication skills.
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Shift : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
We are seeking a customer service representative with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service, handle customer complaints, and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Provide customers with product and service information
Process orders, forms, and applications
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Skills and Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 18,- 00 - 25,000.00 per month
