Manage all customer inquiries and summarize them to present to management.- Administer and prioritize customer tasks and ensure the achievement of all deadlines within the required timeframe.
Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
- Proven customer service and support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
