Shift: Night Shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)

Job Description:

Join the best MNC, which is well known globally in Kolkata as a Customer Service Associate for their night shift operations. We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to be part of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform international outbound voice calling for onboarding clients to our ERP product.

- Ensure excellent customer service and communication.

- Handle B2B and B2C interactions effectively and professionally.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Customer handling for B2B/B2C.

- Minimum educational qualification: Graduation.

- Exceptional English communication skills.

- Must be willing to work night shifts.

- Must be based in Kolkata.

- Previous experience in B2B/B2C customer service is mandatory.
