Job Description

  • Answer telephone calls to take messages from clients or to provide information
  • Greet walk-in patients and guests and make them comfortable
  • Create adjust or cancel appointments when necessary
  • Faxing, scanning, mailing and filing documents
  • Inform concern doctors about visits or cancellations
  • Enter patient details into the company's records or database
  • Copy, file and maintain digital or paper records
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence (in front desk area)
  • Arranging meetings and taking minutes or notes.
  • Generating Bills/invoice of the patients.

Qualification: B. Sc, M. Com, B. Com

Experience: 2+ Years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From 25,000.00 per month
