## Job Summary:
We're seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to manage farmer relations and coordinate solar pump installations in Rajasthan under the PM KUSUM Component-B scheme. The role focuses on ensuring farmer satisfaction and efficient project coordination.
## Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for farmers, handling inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with dealers for timely dispatch of solar pumps
- Manage installation team schedules to optimise efficiency
- Track installation progress and maintain accurate records
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure farmer satisfaction
- Identify and report recurring issues or patterns in customer feedback
- Propose and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
## Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in customer service or project coordination
- Fluency in Hindi and English; local dialect knowledge a plus
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems and agricultural practices (preferred)
