Marine aftersales planning assistant manager
Position: Aftersales Planning Assistant Manager - Marine Section
Job Description
- Plan and control budget of the department.
- Collaborate with Honda Motor as well as Honda Distributors to promote regional aftersales strategy.
- Develop operation guidelines and standards in order to promote regional aftersales strategy.
- Evaluate and provide solutions for Honda Distributors regarding the aftersales operations.
- Evaluate and conduct operational training for Honda Distributor's aftersales personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related Engineering fields
- Over 8 years of experience in Marine Engines or Automative Aftersales Business (especially in Field service Aftersales business planning, Dealer development)
- Management experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in English both writing and speaking (TOEIC score minimum is 700)
- Able to travel overseas and domestic

- Honda R&D Southeast Asia, Romklao, Bangkok, Thailand
