Job Description

  • Can read and write in English

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with rental inquiries and reservations.

  • Provide detailed information on vehicle options, pricing, and rental policies.

  • Address customer concerns, questions, and complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Resolve issues related to billing discrepancies, vehicle availability, and other rental matters.

  • Experience in a customer service role, ideally within the car rental or customer service is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
