About the Job:


Jobs requires strong knowledge and experience in Order Life Cycle (Q2C). This includes knowledge of various sub processes which contribute to completion of the cycle such as Order Creation, Product Life Cycle, Invoicing and Revenue Recognition

Will also include transaction processing within the SLAs of TAT and accuracy.

Responsibilities:


The Primary Job Responsibility includes creation of requisitions and processing of Sales Orders against Requests received from Internal Customers of the organization, Rebate orders for Partners. Processing includes working with representatives of Supplying Organizations, Factories, Planners, Customer service, IT, Global Region leads, CCC etc. Dealing with requestors/ partners for any clarifications/additional Details & other teams whose inputs are needed to process the requests. Keeping a track of the In Progress requests till they are finally converted into a Sales Order/ revenue.

Job Responsibility would include (not limited to)

Order Entry, Request Management, Scheduling deliveries and coordination with Factories. Global data analysis reporting to understand business trend.
Rebate order entries. Process oriented should be able to comprehend programs driving Rebate orders.
Data validation to ensure zero misses in the team for cross- functional process. Maintaining RCA of errors if any to avoid future opportunity.
Ensure that the SLAs for the process are met consistently and any gaps expected are highlighted well in advance to the Process Owner/Manager.
Conducting working calls with partners for daily operations and resolutions independently
Identify and implement opportunities to improve the process and make through Quality Initiatives.
Address Queries from other team (supporting our process, Finance teams) to close any issues.
Maintaining SOPs, escalation management, initiating process requirement and working towards completing it.

Skills Required

Must have experience managing business across regions (international B2B experience)
Requires previous experience of working on an ERP platform (Oracle Order Management, salesforce)
Excellent verbal/written Communication Skills to coordinates with Requestors/ partners globally.
Understanding to resolve finance queries of Order Management areas.
Strong Knowledge of MS Excel and other Office tools is a must.
Excellent Analytical Skills to understand customers requirements and translate into Order Requirements
Good Team Player as the Job requires working closely with other teams same location and across sites .
Ability to move between the sub processes and multi-tasking.
Having a Good Problem-Solving approach and ability to think independently towards Improvement of the Processes working on

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:


Full time Commerce Graduates (preferred)
Total experience of 5-7 years with atleast 3-5 years in the O2C, Q2C area
Must have experience in independent Partner management and International Business calls.

Desired Qualifications:


Understanding and experience of Quality Concepts (Lean or Six Sigma)
