Job Description :

AS Business Solution is seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Representative (CSR) to join our team in Kanpur. As a CSR, you will be responsible for generating leads, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients in the UK through phone-based interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a goal-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities :

• Contact clients in the UK over the phone to promote our products and services.
• Generate leads and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals.

Qualifications :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Prior experience in UK campaigns, specifically for debt or HDR, is a plus.

Perks and Benefits :

• Basic salary for freshers: 8,000 - 10,000.
• Basic salary for experienced: 10,000 - current salary + 1,000.
• Uncapped incentives ranging from 1,000 to 50,000.
• Complimentary meals.
• Fixed Sunday off.
• Two half-day Saturdays (1:30 PM - 7:30 PM), with two Saturdays off. If the team target is achieved, all Saturdays are off.

Work Schedule :

Monday to Friday: 1:30 PM - 11:00 PM
