Role & responsibilities:
Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal): Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers in English.
Customer Focus: Ability to clearly understand customer needs and follow them. Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs. Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base.
Record Keeping of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms, and applications.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Work to meet all established sales targets.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
