Salary Details:
- Caller CTC Range:For Freshers: 1.75 LPA (Net In hand monthly: 12.5 k /-)
- For Experienced: Up to 2.50 LPA (Net In hand monthly: 18 k /-)

- Conduct customer retention activities through inbound and outbound sales channels.
- Maintain effective communication with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain customers and maximize renewal rates.
- Utilize voice communication to engage with customers and promote product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
