Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team. Responsibilities:
Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and customer outreach.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive analysis. Compile data and prepare reports for sales team review.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with existing and potential customers via phone, email, and social media channels. Assist with responding to inquiries, providing product information, and scheduling appointments or demos.
Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, updating CRM databases, and organizing sales documentation.
Sales Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities. Collaborate with marketing team to develop creative content and messaging for campaigns.
Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop sales skills, product knowledge, and industry insights. Proactively seek feedback and guidance from sales mentors.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
