CRM CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
PURPOSE:
Create a pleasant customer experience end to end throughout the process. To hand hold customers in a
professional way till they complete the process seamless and efficient by enhancing their experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate, B. Tech/B.E. in Computers
MBA/PGDM in Marketing
Junior Executive
Having minimum 1 Year of experience in Customer service process
Executive:
Minimum 2+ years for Executive experience in similar industry.
Senior Executive
3 to 5 years for Senior Executive relevant experience in similar industry.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Having similar experiences in customer calling profile.
Polite speaking, fluent in English, should possess basic MS Office skills.
Quick and efficient in problem solving
Ability to handle grievances and escalations
Having professional relationship with strategic stakeholders in key accounts. Maintain records of all
customer information, requirements, and preferences (e.g. Sales/Samples, Rejection, Complaint)
Must ensure ultimate customer satisfaction in both pre and post sales phases. Have to maintain customer
feedback service tracker and update the same on regular basis
Doctor of Ministry, Master of Health Science (MHSc), Bachelor in General Studies (BGS), Doctor of Public Health (DrPH)
