Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. To answer real time inbound calls, chats, what's app and social media queries.
2. To dial outbound campaign calls.
3. To respond to customer Emails with the give TAT.
4. To follow up with customers and with internal team.
5. Objection / Escalation handling
Mandatory Skills:
1. Soft skills - Basic telephone, email etiquette
2. Basic written communications skills / professional
3. Convincing skills - For both Pre and Post sales queries
4. Ownership
5. Customer centric
Requirements:
- candidates who are flexible (shift timings, Week off's and leaves)
- Quick learning ability
- Based on the Business requirement they should be okay to shift the LOB's and working pattern.
- Work pattern
- 6 days working with 1 rotational shift and week off.
- 9 Hours login with 1 hour break - Operational hours might vary; as of now its between -9AM to 10PM.
- Operation shift timings may vary on big days
- Akshaya Tritiya, Dhanteras or any other offer period.
