We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Relationship Manager with 6 to 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the property buying and selling process. This role requires availability to address client needs at all times, with a strong focus on communication, documentation, and finalizing sale deeds.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and internal teams.
Documentation
: Manage and oversee all documentation related to real estate transactions, including sale deeds, agreements, and other legal paperwork.Sales Support
: Assist in the preparation of sales documents and contracts. Ensure all transactions are conducted in compliance with legal and company requirements.Availability: Be readily available to respond to client inquiries and needs, ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
Reporting
: Provide regular updates to senior management on client interactions, sales progress, and any potential issues.Team Collaboration
: Work closely with sales, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Experience
: 3 to 10 years of experience in customer relationship management within the real estate industry.Communication Skills
: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.Documentation: Strong experience in handling real estate documentation, including sale deeds, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Availability: Willingness to be available at all times to meet client needs.
Educational Qualification
: A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.Technical Skills
: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle client concerns and issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
