Key qualities / Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and calls from the office
- Convert orders via social media platforms, including Instagram and Whatsapp
- Help resolve post sale queries and issues
- Travel for exhibitions and pop-ups in India. Handle the merchandise setup and sales at theseevents.
- Prior experience in apparel and retail industry is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential
