Job Description

Developing and Implementing Strategies:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Managing Customer Complaints:
Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers.
Collaborating with Sales Teams:
  • Work with sales teams to identify new customers and retain existing ones.
Develop initiatives to win back former customers.
