Specifically, this role will involve:
- Serving customer by providing service information and resolving service problems
- Attracting potential customers by answering service questions
- Maintaining customer records by updating clients information
- Resolving service problems by clarifying the customer s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Gaining solid knowledge of competitors
- Qualifications:
