Job Profile:
Gain in-depth knowledge of the cheese business after training, including
understanding all products and their applications
Book and record orders (Direct-to-Consumer business vertical) received through all
sales channels (WhatsApp, Email, Website, and Calls)
Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and delivery teams to ensure timely and
accurate delivery of orders
Ensure customers receive timely updates on their orders
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
Keep customers updated on the latest products and launches
Communicate customer feedback and insights about products and services with the
digital and business development teams
Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports
Salary: Upto 25K
