Job Description

Preferably - Male Candidate
  • Nature of Work: Managing complete customer life cycle pertaining to purchase of property with LW.
  • Qualification: Any Bachelor
  • Degree Skills required: Excellent communication skill in English and Hindi + 1 local language, MS office
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in the relevant field
  • Roles and Responsibilities Documentation: Maintaining customer database (address, contact details, KYC documents, etc...) Preparing and execution of agreement, Tripartite agreements, NOC and other related documents Customer Query management :

Responding to customer queries related to project, status of unit, accounts

Responding to customer queries related to legal documentation in coordination with legal team

Responding to queries raised by financial Institutions on legal documentation in coordination with legal team Financial Institutions :

Coordination with banks for approval of projects for home loan

Execution of documents related to project approval

Assisting customers with respect to sanction of loan and disbursal of payment Payments : Projecting receivables

Notifying customers regarding upcoming payment milestone in coordination with Project team

Sharing statement of account

Sending Demand note on completion of milestone

Coordination with banks for disbursal of payment

Follow up on payments

Sending receipts on receiving the payments

Sending interest note for delayed payments

Sharing statement of account Updates:

Sending monthly project update to customers

Providing unit update to customer as and when required Handovers:

Checking units for handover readiness in coordination with projects team Hanover of unit to respective home owners

Assisting customers in registration of their homes in coordination with legal ream

Job Type: Full-time
