We are looking for Customer Relationship Manager (One position) for our Bangalore Office Candidates who have around 5 years of experience Preferred
Educational Qualification UG/PG
Resident of Bangalore will be preferred.
The candidates who have experience in construction industry will be preferred. Candidate from BPO background need not apply
The role
- To achieve maintenance contract (MC) targets.
- To achieve committed turnaround time targets on breakdown calls.
- To ensure MC and breakdown collections are done within stipulated time.
- Timely generation and dispatch of demand letters/ MC Quotes
- To obtain feedback through service reports from clients and provide the same to management and maintain the CSAT data.
- Respond to customer queries with clarity and ensure it's closed.
- Documentation & follow up of MC
- Collections of payments from clients for all maintenance contracts
- Back-end support to Service team in ensuring that work is done in a smooth manner at project site.
- Document Service calls and bills there on.
- Other roles assigned as and when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
