RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER :
- Deliver organization details in order to persuade potential customers .
Explain about clients and answer questions from customers.- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and fix appointments.
Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
- Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial donor contacts.
Participate in the day to day work of the organisation such as reporting, attending team and Board meetings as required, and taking a flexible approach to general administrative and support tasks.- Participate in staff appraisals and appropriate training for the role.
