Role: CRM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CRM Specialist to join our team. The CRM Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system, particularly Lead Square. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the CRM system meets the needs of the organization, maximizes efficiency, and enhances customer satisfaction.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • CRM System Management: Manage and administer the Lead Square CRM system, including user management, data integrity, customization, and configuration to align with organizational goals and requirements.
  • Data Management: Oversee the collection, maintenance, and accuracy of customer data within the CRM system, ensuring proper segmentation, tagging, and categorization for targeted marketing and sales efforts.
  • Workflow Automation: Develop and implement automated workflows, processes, and triggers within the CRM system to streamline tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity for sales and marketing teams.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and analytics from the CRM system to track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights for decision-making and strategy development.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to users across the organization to maximize utilization of the CRM system, troubleshoot issues, and address user inquiries and concerns.
  • Integration and Optimization: Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate the CRM system with other tools and systems as needed, and continuously explore opportunities for system optimization and enhancement.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and implement security measures to safeguard sensitive customer information within the CRM system.
  • Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRM systems and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in CRM administration, preferably with Lead Square or similar CRM platforms.
  3. Strong understanding of CRM principles, processes, and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in data management, analysis, and reporting.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Experience with workflow automation tools and techniques is a plus.
  8. Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Lead Square Certified Professional) are advantageous.
