- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of background verification services is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
- Proactively identify and upsell additional services to existing clients, maximizing account growth
- Monitor client accounts, handling renewals and contract negotiations
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
- Assist with onboarding new clients by providing training and support as needed
