Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions, including handling walk-in customers, processing daily sales transactions, and conducting client follow-ups. The role is crucial for maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing detailed information about products and services.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment in the store or office.
2.Sales Transactions:
- Process daily sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure all billing and payment procedures are followed, including handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Keep track of daily sales records and prepare reports as needed.
3.Client Follow-Up:
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-purchase issues.
- Maintain a customer database and update it with new information regularly.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about new products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Provide recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.
5.Administrative Duties:
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
6.Customer Feedback:
- Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experiences.
- Identify and suggest areas for improvement based on customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, sales, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail or similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
