Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM systems to monitor, track, and analyze customer interactions and data.
  • Design and implement strategies to improve customer retention and engagement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present insights on customer trends, behaviors, and feedback to senior management.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer relationship management or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
