We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a CRM Specialist at Gateway.fm! As the company behind cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure, we're looking for a skilled individual to optimize and manage our CRM processes. If you have extensive experience with HubSpot, strong data analytics skills, and a deep understanding of business metrics and sales processes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the CRM system, with a primary focus on HubSpot.
  • Implement and maintain effective CRM processes to improve customer experience and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to ensure the CRM system meets business needs.
  • Analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance and customer engagement.
  • Track key business metrics and KPIs, focusing on sales performance, pipeline management, and customer retention.
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies that enhance customer lifecycle management.
  • Generate reports on CRM performance and present them to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and regular maintenance of the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the CRM platform.
  • Create and maintain a database of potential customers to increase lead generation and sales opportunities.
  • Analyze CRM data to track sales activities, manage customer information, and follow up on leads effectively.

CRM System Utilization:

  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate and comprehensive customer information.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in revenue and supply chain processes.
  • Mandatory Requirements:

    • Proficiency in CRM systems with a mandatory experience in HubSpot.
    • Strong data and analytics skills, with the ability to interpret and present business metrics and KPIs.
    • Proven experience in working with sales teams and understanding sales processes.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with additional CRM tools besides HubSpot.
    • Experience in implementing CRM strategies that drive business growth.
    • Knowledge of customer segmentation, lead scoring, and sales automation processes.
