Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Manager. The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for sales and targets achieved, segmenting the market, and managing projects related to customer relationship management.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in sales or customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of market segmentation
  • Project management skills
  • Attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Ability to convert inquiries to sales
  • Experienced in handling Social Media inquiries and converting them into sales
  • Ability to work under targets and achieve them.
  • Experienced in calling & conversion
  • 2 to 5 years of experience

Salary offered

20,000 to 40,000
