Role Description

This is a full-time Customer Relationship Management Manager role based in Bengaluru. As a Customer Relationship Management Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective customer relationship strategies, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and identify opportunities for improvement. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze customer data and trends to provide actionable insights.
