We re looking for an experienced Manager-Business Growth for Chennai location, who shall ensure the customers needs and expectations are met in a time-bound manner. The individual will be responsible to maintain and expand relationships with the customers work in close association with various business departments thus maintain and develop strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire a deep understanding of the customer needs and requirements
- Develop and foster loyal, long-lasting relationships with the customers
- Provide solution to their problems to enable mutually trust worthy relationships
- Help the customers to successfully realize their business goals leading to their satisfaction
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Ensure that the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast for the use of both internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Generate new sales that will result in long-lasting relationships

Qualifications Required:
Any Bachelor/Master s Degree with 4-5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management
