Job Description

Job Summary:

The CRM Executive / Senior CRM Executive for our real estate company will support the CRM Manager in managing customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and optimizing the customer lifecycle. This role requires a professional with over 4 years of experience in CRM, preferably within the real estate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing CRM strategies, managing customer data, and providing insights to improve customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy Execution:

Assist in the implementation of CRM strategies to achieve company goals.

Support CRM campaigns and initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and execution of CRM activities.

Customer Data Management:

Maintain and update customer databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Segment and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.

Generate customer insights and reports to support decision-making.

Customer Interaction:

Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to drive improvements.

System Management:

Use CRM software to track customer interactions, sales activities, and campaign performance.

Ensure the CRM system is effectively utilized by the team and provide training as needed.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM system.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present regular reports on CRM activities, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes.

Analyze CRM data to identify patterns, insights, and areas for improvement.

Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

4+ years of experience in CRM, with a focus on customer data management and analysis.

Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.

Skills:

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
