Maid In Kochi, a premier maid service company, is seeking a dedicated Relationship Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending customer calls, addressing maid-related issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-up calls for feedback on our services.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.

2. Listen to customer concerns or inquiries regarding maid services and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.

3. Coordinate with the operations team to address any issues raised by customers promptly and effectively.

4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of complaints and concerns.

5. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback on the quality of maid services provided.

6. Document and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

7. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall service delivery and customer experience.

8. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and maid service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any field.

2. Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

4. Previous experience in customer service or relationship management roles preferred.

5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM software.

7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

8. Residing in or willing to relocate to Kochi.
