We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and verifying various types of data into our computer systems and databases. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, which supports our sales, marketing, and customer service operations.
Job Location:
- Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)
Shift Timings:
- 3 PM to 12 PM & 6PM to 3AM (Shift may change as per business requirement)
- Monday to Friday
- Work from office
Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and verify data in the system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain the integrity of customer data by performing regular data audits and cleansing.
- Ensure that all data entries comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Assist in generating reports and analysis based on data.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and support business processes.
- Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
- Provide training and support to team members on data entry procedures and CRM best practices.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders via calls and emails to ensure effective communication and data accuracy.
- Perform cold calling and emailing to potential customers and partners to generate leads and build relationships.
- Manage and organize large volumes of data efficiently and securely.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Diploma or Graduate degree, preferably in Engineering
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data-related issues
- Adaptability to learn new software and technologies as needed
- Basic knowledge MS-Office & Windows
