Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with our valuable clients. This is a full-time position based in Rajkot, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications And Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using email platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of strategic communications principles
- Ability to effectively cold call and generate leads
Roles And Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer follow-up tactics
- Ensure prompt and accurate response to client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage and update client database using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Coordinate with the sales team to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to generate new leads and expand client base
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback
