Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional for the position of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to follow up and follow through on tasks
- Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and time management skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Proactively communicate and engage with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Identify sales opportunities and work towards meeting sales targets
- Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement
