We are seeking an experienced MS CRM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. This role requires strong technical skills, including hands-on experience with customization, configuration, and integration of Dynamics CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM based on business requirements.
Develop plugins, workflows, and custom functionalities using CRM SDK.
Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Dynamics CRM environment.
Collaborate with business analysts and other team members to define CRM requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Conduct system performance tuning and optimization.
Document technical solutions and maintain CRM-related documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a MS CRM Technical Consultant or similar role.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and development.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.
Experience with CRM SDK, API integrations, and web services.
Familiarity with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
Experience in a consulting environment or in handling complex CRM environments.
