Customer Engagement and Sales :
To Welcome walk-in customers to the showroom , greet them . Understand their requirements by asking their needs and queries. Furnishing them and showing them the right product as per their requirements and needs. Upsell and cross watches to the customer who show interest .
Watches Sales and Communication :
To sell the desired watches to the customers. Communicating to the customers about the quotes for the watches . follow up with customers who have enquired through telephonic or walk-ins.
Maintain Visual Merchandising and Product Knowledge:
To Maintain the showroom standard in the best possible way . To make sure the display of the watches are kept as per the brand's guidelines. To keep the hygiene of the showroom in the best way possible .
Learning about all the watch brands and watches which are available in the showroom . Understanding their history and product specifications at any given point of time is mandatory .
Inventory Management and sales targets:
keeping close count of the inventory . Monitoring the stocks on a daily basis and keeping track of the stocks.
To keep up to the sales targets which will be given monthly . To maintain the targets given individually to the customer relationship executives.
Compliances and Policies:
Adhering to all the company policies , Standard operating procedures is mandatory .
