The Role of Customer Relationship Executive:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to join our Service Centre department at Ethos Watches. As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, making outbound calls to customers to book watches for service, and maintaining strong coordination with the sales team. To be a part of a team; passionately promoting Luxury Watches, and accessories by building meaningful relationship with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales and contribution targets.
- Participating actively in sales promotion programs- ideas, implementation and monitoring.
- Establishing relations with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalized approach.
- Updating and refreshing own selling skills, competitor activities etc.
- Maintaining visual merchandising as per norms.
- Customer relationship management
- Mystery shopping scores
- Make outbound calls to customers to book watches for service.
- Ensure excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficient in English.
- Must be passionate about delivering impeccable customer service in line with a luxury environment. More value and experience selling.
- Must have excellent conversational and interpersonal skills. Should be able to connect with customers for giving them a qualitative experience.
- Must have a strong sense of discipline and be eager to learn.
