Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
manage relation with Face to face with existing clients at their place.
  • Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Conduct regular meetings or check-ins with clients to review performance and gather feedback.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client retention and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
