Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Manager at Homafy.com. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer support, and utilizing analytical skills to improve customer experience. Effective communication skills are crucial for coordinating with internal teams and resolving customer issues promptly.

  • Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination and problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Experience in the gifting industry is a plus

Rs. 2 - 2.4 Lacs per annum
