Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relationship Executive at our Mumbai location. As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, managing business relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong client relations. Effective communication skills will be key in this role as you will be the main point of contact for our customers.

- Experience in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Experience in the automotive or EV industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
