Maintain an updated data of old customers
- Manage all the back office work related to customer relationship management
- Handle pre sales calling etc.
- Fix up Schedule with clients
- Create database of existing clients as well as new client to send e-mail and cold calling about new and ongoing projects
- Handle customer grievances, complaints and queries
- Ensure on time recovery from customers by follow ups & meetings
- Meet old customers to refresh them about organizations upcoming projects
- Coordinate with branding, promotional team, to update old, existing customers as well
