Job Overview

As a Customer Relationship Associate at Lorryzone's new home painting services division, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will assist customers throughout their painting journey, handling inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy. This role offers the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of customers and make a meaningful impact on their home improvement projects.

• Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media, providing accurate information about our home painting services, including pricing, colour options, scheduling, and service details.

Product and Service Guidance: Assist customers in selecting the right painting services, offering colour recommendations, and explaining service packages and promotions.Issue Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further resolution.

• Record Keeping: Document all customer interactions, feedback, and service details, ensuring all records are up-to-date.

Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to meet customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.

Paint industry Knowledge: Stay informed about our home painting services, company policies, and industry trends to provide customers with relevant and accurate information.

• Qualifications:

Education: Any Graduate

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, particularly Paints services.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on a customer-centric approach.

• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.

Empathy and Patience: Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and deliver service that exceeds their expectations.
