Job Overview:
As a CRE, you will ensure that our customers receive great customer service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and are responsible for handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. CREs work closely with sales and accounting teams to improve the customer experience and identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate for us is someone who loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. They are an expert in handling client inquiries, adept at collaborating with other departments to optimise customer experience and have a passion for customer service. They will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.
