Job Description:- Collecting and analyzing customer data.
Calling to customers & understand their requirements- Using CRM systems to manage relationships.
Handling customer complaints..
- Receiving, keeping track and following up with all inbound calls from customers, vendors etc on the company toll free number. Assigning the customer leads to the respective sales team.
Collecting feedback from customers, understanding the grievances after sale of the product. Following up with projects, operations and technical team to solve the grievance.- Manage, track and enhance the reviews on Google and Facebook.
Overall responsible for monthly sales targets.
- Required Candidate profile:
- A bachelor's Degree is a must.
A minimum of 1 years experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
